Sustainable Farming for Healthier Communities
First and foremost, we are based in Nashville, TN, and are here to serve and support our local community and environment. The farm runs on solar power (mixed with a little sweat & love) and is intended to serve our fellow chefs, foodies, and health food fanatics with impeccable quality mushrooms. Our growing materials are locally sourced, many of them by-products such as coffee grounds, straw, and hemp - helping us create an abundant and regenerative food source out of what is essentially waste. Our compartmentalized myco-farm allows us to produce over 4000 lbs. of fresh mushrooms each month using less than 1200 sq. ft. and minimal resources! We also support the greater mycological community, and a portion of our proceeds go towards research with the MAPS organization.
